Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any item or service, apart from items personalised for you. You may cancel your order by sending us a letter or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase.
While we hope you are delighted with your purchase, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.
Please notify us by email within seven days (14 days international) of your intention to return the product(s). Please write 'cancel order' on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. We advise that you send the parcel by Special Delivery and ensure the items are strongly packaged. If they are lost or damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to purchase the items within 3 days and the credit should show in your account within a few days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
Faulty Returns: If you believe an item bought from us to be faulty please email us at email@example.com, we will get back to you within 24 hours and advise how to proceed. Please do not return the item until we have responded to your email. Any item found not to be faulty, returned before our acknowledgment, will be returned to the sender at their own costs.
