As soon as we receive your order we will personally pick your chosen piece(s) off the shelf, quality check them and wrap them up as neatly as we can.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY SERVICE

All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

We will personally take your purchase to the Post Office. The nice people from Royal Mail guarantee delivery by 1pm the next working day with Royal Mail’s Special Delivery™ Next Day. When they deliver your item they’ll collect a signature to confirm receipt which can be tracked online. 

The cost of our Next Day Delivery is £8.00

UK STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE

All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

We will personally take you purchase to the Post Office. Orders will be delivered within 3 working days. We use Royal Mail for our Standard Delivery service. Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries. A signature will usually be required on receipt.

The cost of our Standard Delivery is £4.00

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY SERVICE

All orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.

Royal Mail: Europe Delivery is £15.00 (deliveries usually arrive in 3-4 days)

Royal Mail: Rest of The World and U.S. Delivery is £18.00 (deliveries usually arrive in 4-5 days)

If you would like your goods more urgently we use our friends at UPS. They provide a unique tracking number (we will email this to you as soon as your order has been dispatched) with which you can see online just how fast your new things are coming your way.

The cost of our Europe Delivery is £25.00 (deliveries usually arrive in 2 days)

The cost of our Rest of the World Delivery is £35.00 (deliveries usually arrive in 2-3 days)

TAX AND DUTIES

All prices quoted include 20% VAT. For any products delivered outside the EU we will refund the VAT to you. However you will be responsible for paying any Customs duty/Excise duty and/or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination. Please contact your local Customs office for details.

We Kindly remind our customers that invoices and requests for Tax Free Refunds must be made at the time of purchase.
