Baracuta
Baracuta jackets are one of our nation's greatest contributions to menswear.
With it's legendary tartan lining the Baracuta G9 Harrington jacket was born in Manchester in 1937. It has been much copied since but the original Harrington is made only by Baracuta.
The jacket was named after character Rodney Harrington (played by Ryan O'Neal) in the 1960's television program Peyton Place. The G9 has been worn most famously by Steve McQueen as well as Frank Sinatra, Elvis, Arnold Palmer and the 1966 England World Cup team.
Clothing some of the coolest screen and pop icons of the last century Baracuta's influence continues today.
